what are the best fasteners to use to secure steel post supports to a concrete garden patio?

i’m planning decking for my back garden and to support the decking i have chosen to use bolt down post supports. What fasteners are best used to secure these to a concrete patio floor. Also what fasteners are best used to secure a beam to an external wall. The beam will be used to support the decking will be 2.5m long and suspended at height of 400mm

I used dynabolts on my patio/concrete and they are brill , they should be OK for supporting a beam that size

I was wondering the best garden flowers to dry?

The best bolts to use I would suggest are Thrubolts which you can get from screwfix.com

You can use these for the wall plate as well.
Make sure you get the right drill bit size as this is essential.
Also make sure you don’t drill too far as this can cause the bolt to not clamp securely.(Wrap some insulating tape on the drill bit marking off the length of the bolt.) I would suggest using a 5 inch fixing for 2inch thick timbers. (just to add anote if you are using 2.5m lengths of timber you will need it to be at least 5X2.
    have fun
Also timber can be heavy, so what we tend to do is use a few hammer fixings first just to hold the timber in place and then fix the bolts.
