Is it legal to buy Marijuana seeds in canada? Obviously buying and/or using the actual plant is illegal, but I’m wondering about the seeds. Their actual drug content is so low as to be negligible. Anyone know the final word on this? And, if it is illegal, is it a criminal offence?
i would think it is, as an officer’s point of view, what else are you going to use them for? i would say try and saty away from that shit, so you dont get busted. References :
