Which pumpkin type has the most and best tasting seeds ?

I like to roast these. Do larger pumpkins have more seeds? How does taste vary between varieties, e.g. white vs orange?

The best seeds has a pumpin grown specifically for its seeds: the "Steirischer Oelkürbis" (Styrian Oil Pumpkin).

If you want to roast these seeds, I am afraid you’ll have to order the seeds online and grow this pumpkin in your garden.

I live in Germany and buy these seeds roasted and packed for when I am making bread. Pumpin seed bread tastes just delicious!
