Who is the best and safest place to buy seeds from?

Try http://www.banana-tree.com for some unusual seeds like stychnine, wood rose and a pot look-alike called ‘kenaf’. No, they don’t carry seeds for any recreational plants.

Get a hold of a magazine that caters to what you want…I suspect I know what you are looking for, but you will have to order from Holland. There is a good magazine out there that has ads for such stuff. High Times Good luck
