best variety of black tomatoes & white tomatoes?

Would like recommendations from someone with experience growing both "black" & white tomatoes. What is the best variety of each? Which is the blackest, which is the whitest, as well as the best tasting? I prefer a medium size tomato rather than beefsteak or cherry tomatoes.
