Want to grow best tomatoes ever.Any tips?Thanks?

never having much luck with what? to get a larger harvest, pinch back regularly to get more branches. The only fertilizer I use is: all winter long, I dump waste from the kitchen on that spot(potato peelings, egg shells,milk, coffee grounds, tea bags, veg.scraps, fruit scraps,the water from boiling just about anything except meat. turn it over twice in early spring with some leaves.) My mom swore by turning some lime into the dirt. I do it sometimes. after planting, just leave them alone mostly. pull the weeds when they get high. water in a dry spell. my neighbor always tells me that I get the first and last tomatoes. he just worries his plants to death. I tell mine "OK, guys you’re on your own" Other than that, plant them here in southern NJ, I’ll mail them to you. did that when my daughter moved to NC, she said that was the best pkg. ever, a giant tomato that was perfectly ripe for sandwich making by the time it got to her by regular mail.

get some mushroom compost,,they realy love it….I got some 5 foot tomatoes last year with it

believe it or not…beer …just emptry 1 can/bottle weekly, i huess something in the hops
