We live in WA (state) and wanted to know when is the best time to can tomatoes and peaches?

Can this be done in Sept or later? Or, is there a specific time one should can tomatoes and fruits? Thank you!

if you get them now at a decent price then do it now…im in nd and usually find the prices low end of aug…i usually wait for the elberta peaches that come from canada..they makle the best peaches and they are uasing sold by the case …tomatoes i buy locally.. but peaches still might be in season and the last of tomatoes in your area…
