What is the best way to polinate tomatoes if no bees are present?

Have a friend in Alaska who raises tomatoes in a greenhouse there. Pollination is by means of an electric toothbrush

what is the best way to ripen tomatoes that are not fully ripened but laying on the ground?

    I use my fingers. It takes a little time but it works. Just touch one flower and then another, and so on.
    No video needed.

    Bees are not the only pollinators. Other flying insects visit flowers too as do hummingbirds. However, if these plants are indoors, then just use a Q-tip to brush pollen from flower to flower.

    Take a Q-Tip and swipe the inside of a flower, then do likewise with the rest of the flowers, sharing the pollen
