What are the best vegetables and fruits to eat??
Posted on Aug 01, 2009 under Best Vegetables |I like pretty much all fruits. But I am kind of picky about the vegetables. I like lettuce, carrots, corn, celery. I was just wondering what are some of the best fruits & vegetables to eat??
Those that are low on the glycemic scale. For veges, these are the green leafys and ones that don’t taste sweet to eat. These take longer to digest and turn into glucose, so they don’t put the weight on.
Fruits, similarly. The ones that taste sweet are usually the high glycemic ones. So apples, berries and some melons are the lower glycemic ones.

canteloupe blueberries and brocolli are 3 of the top 5 best foods for you in the world im not sure about the other two sorry

celery is probably the best vegetable to eat because it has negative calories and im sure you can burn some calories by chewing also….as far as fruits go, watermelon is a great fruit to eat if you get munchies before bed…it actually helps you loose weight if you eat it right before bed…any other fruit i would avoid at night…i hear that corn is actually a starch and that you shouldn’t eat a lot of it….

blueberries and bananas are the best fruits for you.
red peppers have lots of vitiams and aspargus is pack with fiber. Also the less you cook your veggies the better.
