What fruits and vegetables are the best for weight loss results??

I know that some fruits have more sugar than others and some vegetables have more calories than others… which ones are the best for diets? What are your favorites? =)

Carrots - For Fiber
Citrus Fruits - Vitamin C
Capsicum - Vitamin C
Green Vegetables - Important too, lots of vitamins.

    i’m pretty sure the green veggies are best for weight loss (broccoli, spinach, beens etc.) chilli is meant to be really good cause it speeds up your metabolism and heartbeat. i know potato isn’t lol and i love sweet potato, it’s great for your skin

    every food even vege n fruit has its limit. its not for ur weight loss but for ur health. balance diet is best 4 weight loss.
